Sean is an professional speaker, mindset coach, gifted facilitator, and consultant who is driven by the joy of witnessing the wonder of the world around us and celebrating courageous humans who make the decision to choose themselves in the midst of life’s most difficult and challenging moments.
Informed by his own life’s journey of overcoming difficult circumstances and more than 20 years supporting families and communities impacted by violence heal and transform their lives and neighborhoods, Sean leads with a core belief that infinite impact starts in you. Lead by this conviction Sean is regularly partnering with purpose driven organizations and individuals to help them be at their best so they can do the important work of creating communities where well-being is accessible to all.
His work has included launching gang and group intervention teams, serving as a chaplain in juvenile detention, leading the nationally recognized, award-winning human rights organization CHOOSE 180, and working in philanthropy as a chief officer where he focused on moving resources into underserved communities.
His reputation, history of service, and impact have been recognized by many, including The Atlantic, The Kelly Clarkson Show, Harvard Business School, and the Seattle Seahawks. Whether on the main stage at TED or serving the community he grew up in south of Seattle, Sean is consistently creating space for people to be heard, heal, and experience wholeness
When he isn’t supporting individuals and organizations through his speaking, coaching, and consulting, Sean can be found chasing adventure with his amazing wife and two incredible children.
